This is the only card in the Major Arcana that depicts not one, but two people: the human and their other side, husband and wife. If you are a man, you primarily seek your other side through a woman. If you are a woman, the opposite applies. In the picture, the two are depicted dancing around each other, happy to have found each other and fallen in love. This representation of love is romantic in nature, but it's important to remember that the dance cannot last forever, as it has already been decided by the gods. For now, both are in harmony, seeing themselves in the face of the other.
